All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and services, which involve digital tools, software access, and data processing, CloakDex does not offer any refunds for payments made, whether for subscription plans, one-time purchases, or additional service fees.

Once you have subscribed or purchased a plan, you will have full access to our tools and features for the duration of your plan period. This policy applies regardless of usage, cancellation, or dissatisfaction.

2. Trial Period

To ensure customer satisfaction and allow you to test our services, we may offer a free or low-cost trial period. During this trial, you can evaluate the platform before committing to a paid subscription. It is your responsibility to cancel before the trial ends if you do not wish to be charged.

3. Exceptions

No refunds will be granted except where required by applicable consumer protection laws. This includes but is not limited to cases of proven unauthorized charges or billing errors caused by CloakDex.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will prevent further charges but will not result in a refund for the current billing period.

5. Service Interruption & Liability

CloakDex is not responsible for refunds due to service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to third-party failures, internet outages, ad platform restrictions, or account suspensions caused by violation of third-party policies.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team is a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to block or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or unauthorized chargeback claims.
